UNITY is a property management company based in Fresno, CA. It has been around for over 4 decades and providing first-class property management services to some of Fresno’s most distinguished residential and business communities. Was formally known as I&I and was sold in 2016. The new owner did a complete overhaul of the company with the new UNITY name and expanded services.

I was hired to design and develop the new company branding that included the corporate logo, stationery, branding elements, colors, fonts and photography style. I created the look and feel and designed all printed and digital internal documents and consumer materials. I also created design templates for social ads and B2B documents.
